The pictures seem to speak for themselves here huh? For 2 months Tracy ate clean, drank Shakeology once a day and exercised 5 times a week using Turbofire and Chalean Extreme. There is no secret pill that will make this happen, just hard work, clean eating and determination. Way to go Tracy you look amazing!
Check out those abs on this mom of 2. Sara joined the 7 Day Slim Down hoping to tone up. She worked out 5 of the 7 days and replaced one meal a day with Shakeology. In the process she lost .6lbs and gained some lean muscle.
Michael's goal was to lower his body fat percentage and gain a 6 pack. I'd say that after being in a challenge group for 60 days using Rev Abs and P90X3 he did just that! Nice work Michael.

Emily gave birth to her 2nd child at the end of January, 2014. When she started her health and fitness journey in April her goal was to get back to her pre-pregnancy weight. As of today, she is only 2.5lbs away from this goal. She says she feels and looks better she did when she was lighter. One of her greatest result-driven discoveries was that being healthy was so much more than just making it to the gym (or getting some sort of workout in) each day - it was just as much about what she chose to eat/drink. She is exited about her own personal victories (not just scale related victories!), growth in wellness and the progress I am continuing to make.
