Yield: 25 cookies
• 1 cup natural peanut butter or almond butter
• 1 cup quick cooking oats
• ½ cup honey •
1 scoop Vanilla Shakeology
1. Combine peanut butter, honey, oats and chocolate Shakeology in medium bowl. Mix well (you can blend your oats in a food processor
if you'd like so they're not so chunky...it's up to you! )
2. Roll 25 balls, each the size of 1 tbsp.
3. Flatten each slightly with the back of a spoon so it takes on the shape of a traditional cookie.
**Store in an air tight container in the fridge for up to a week**
