I'm so pumped to begin this MMA style workout tomorrow. Today I sat down and with the help of my team, planned and shopped for my meals according to the Core De Force nutrition guide. I am following plan C which allows me to eat between 1,800 - 2,099 calories per day using the color coded portion containers provided with the challenge pack, to help make sure I am getting in the right ratios of food to stay fueled and get lean. I am attaching my meal plan for the week, which is in the Plan A range so my participants in the test group can easily add portions/calories as needed. The nutrition guide is so user friendly and the portion containers make it simple for me to follow and know what amounts of what types of foods I should be eating each day.
The Workouts range from 25 - 45 minutes and use your own body weight and core rotations to help sculpt your body. With your Core De Force program you get a workout calendar which helps keep you on track. I've found that when I have a plan, I am more likely to stick with something, so having this workout Calendar is SUPER helpful.
I love how dynamic the workouts are and I especially love that my core is engaged the whole time! I was surprised by how sore I was the next day from a workout that used nothing but my own body weight!! Even my littlest man got into the grove with me. Being a busy mom, I know how hard it can be to fit in a workout, but Core De Force makes it easy with workouts that are well under 1 hour per day,
