I know how hard temptation can be, I know how hard refusing certain foods can be. I have cravings just like everyone else, and they are usually for something really, REALLY sweet. I try to keep in mind that a treat is a treat. If I have one every day it stops becoming that. It’s not that I have some great super human will power, I CHOOSE to put my health and wellbeing over the instant gratification of something temporary. The small choices we make in the moment may seem insignificant, but over time they add up to BIG results.
It all comes down to CHOICES at the end. As adults we all are faced with them, and it’s up to the individual and no one else to make the right one.
