- 4 rice paper wraps
- 8 leaves romaine lettuce
- 1 large carrot sliced with a veggie peeler
- 1/2 cucumber slices with a veggie peeler
- 1/2 small avocado
- large bowl of warm water
- Braggs liquid aminos for dipping
STEP 1: Place 1 rice paper sheet into the warm bowl of water until softened (about 1 minute). Place rice wrap onto a plate and place 1/4 of the ingredients onto the center of the wrap.
