To make this Tropical ice cream you will need:
-Kitchen tools: Blender, cutting board, knife, plastic container and lid, fork, and ice cream scoop
- 2 medium ripe bananas (peeled)
- 2 meduium mangos
- 2 cups plain Greek Yogurt
- 1 TBSP raw honey
- Fresh squeezed lemon juice, about 1/2 lemon
To cut the mangos, take away the two sides nearest the stone. Take the two large slices and cut a checkerboard pattern into them all the way down to the skin. Press the mango halves inside out and carefully cut away the mango cubes. Cut any mango near the pit and place all chopped mango into the blender.
