- 2 cups rolled or quick oats (both work, it just depends on which texture you prefer)
- 2 cup milk of your choice (I used coconut, but dairy, almond, soy all work)
- 1/4 cup 0% plain Greek yogurt
- 2 cups red berries ( I used strawberries and raspberries)
- 1 cup blueberries
-Stevia to taste
Combine in a bowl: oats, yogurt, milk and stevia. Begin layering the mixture on the bottom of a 1/2 pint jar, then top with red berries, mixture, red berries, mixture, blueberries, mixture and close the lid. Continue this process until all of your jars have been filled (about 6 jars). Chill for 8-12 hours in the refrigerator, grab in the morning and go!
