2 TBSP natural/organic peanut butter
1/2 cup coconut or almond milk
1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
1/2 tsp vanilla
*Optional* Add 1 scoop vanilla Shakeology for added protein and super food benefits.
Place all ingredients except chocolate chips into a blender. Blend until smooth. Pulse in the chocolate chips until they are in smaller pieces. Pour the mixture into your desired popsicle molds. If you do not have popsicle molds you can use small Dixie cups and popsicle sticks. Freeze for at least 4-6 hours or until frozen solid. Remove form the mold and enjoy!
