To make this recipe you will need the following ingredients:
(makes 2 servings)
1 cup old fashioned oats (use gf oats if you have sensitivities)
1 scoop/packet vanilla Shakeology
3 packets stevia (or 1/4 cup sweetener that measures like sugar)
1/8 tsp sea salt
1/2 tsp almond extract
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or milk of your choice)
1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt (if trying to make dairy free substitute for mashed banana or applesauce)
sprinkles for fun are optional!
In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients and mix well. Divide evenly into mason jam sized jars and cover with a lid. Place in the refrigerator over night (at least 6 hours). Serve as is the next morning and enjoy!
