1. Slice fruit of your choice (I chose strawberries and blueberries since it was what I had on hand). I also love to use sliced kiwi, raspberries, sliced/chopped pineapple, black berries or chopped mango.
2. Place fruit into Popsicle molds (or paper dixie cups with a popsicle stick)
3. Pour coconut water into the mold and fill almost to the top, leaving about 1/4 -1/2 inch of room. (I used the Vita Coco brand) You can also choose a coconut water/juice blend for a little more sweetness.
4. Place sticks in mold and freeze overnight or until frozen solid and ENJOY!
