To make them you will need a blender/food processor and some popsicle molds (I got my BPA free Plastic mold from Walmart for under $4). If you do not have a popsicle mold and are just dying to try these, another alternative is to use small paper cups and wooden popsicle sticks.
- 1 stalk celery
- 1 handful of blueberries
- 4 large strawberries
- 2 tsp chia seeds
- 2 tsp raw honey
- 1/4 cup coconut milk (or 1/2 cup coconut milk an omit the water if you would like a creamier version)
- 1/4 cup water
Blend all the ingredients until smooth. Then carefully pour the liquid into your popsicle mold. Place in the freezer and let set for about 4 hours. When they are hardened, remove from the mold and enjoy!
