Flourless, eggless, dairy free and sugar free!
3 ripe bananas
1/3 cup organic apple sauce
2 cups old fashioned oats
1/4 cup almond milk
1/2 cup raisins (optional)
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp cinnamon
Pre heat your oven to 350 degrees F. Mash the bananas in a large mixing bowl. Add in the apple sauce, almond milk, vanilla, cinnamon and stir until mixed well. Then add in the oats and raisins. Stir until well blended. Scoop the mixture into one heaping spoonful at a time onto a parchment or slipmat lined baking sheet. Bake the cookies for 15 to 20 minutes, cool and serve!
Other varriations could include:
Adding in unsweetened shredded coconut and dried cranberries (omitting the raisins)
Add in walnuts
For something sweeter and to get your chocolate fix in, substitute chocolate chips for the raisins.
